Herb Use Question

Since MN has legalized mary jane, I have been using it for pain relief and to enhance my messages/communication. I, however, wondered if it was "bad" to use a plant as such. So I asked my guides...

"Using plants from your Earth to alter self is not a low vibrational decision. The plant, given by Earth, teaches how to get to a rooted, accepting state. Earth gives all gifts to be used as tools to help elevate its frequency. The goal is to then learn to get to those frequency levels without the plant, on one's own.

This morning, I awoke very unstable and dizzy. All day my head felt like it was floating. I decided to communicate with my guides to see if they had any insights.
